DMB Diamond Brush

  • Ideal for removing cutter marks, surface polishing and deburring.
  • DMB is soft bristle, suitable for processing the inclined surfaces and irregular shapes of workpieces.
    - The heat-resistant temperature of DMB diamond brush is within 180˚ C.
    - Suitable for flood coolant.
  • It is compatible with standard FMB face mill arbors.
  • Performance: There are different types of brush granularity and each DMB Diamond Brush can be assembled according to customer demands of granularity.
  • Workpiece material: Aluminum, copper, steel, nickel alloys, alloys, cemented carbide, hard materials, steels after heat treatment, glass, ceramics, quartz, etc.

DDB Diamond Dressing Board

  • The front surface is coated with high hardness of diamond powders for truing the worn bristle. The brush can be used continuously.
  • Ideal for use with CFB CERAMIC FIBER BRUSH and DMB DIAMOND BRUSH.
  • The plate is light-weighted aluminum alloy, easy operation.
  • Wet machining is recommended to let coolant fluid flush away the dust and particles, maintaining a healthy working environment.
