Our live center boasts a PSC triple-face contact structure, ensuring unparalleled bending strength and exceptional repeat positioning accuracy of ±2µm. This design guarantees robust performance and precise machining results.
SYIC live center has the design of exchangeable tips. When coupled with a tip, the runout accuracy remains within an impressive 5µm, ensuring consistency and reliability in machining processes.
Featuring a specially designed waterproof cap, our live center offers enhanced longevity by preventing cutting fluid from permeating the center.
Capable of withstanding substantial forces, our PSC live center handles a bearing axial force (thrust force) of 2,100 KGS and a bearing radial force (load capacity) of 2,930 KGS, ensuring stability and durability during machining operations.
Max. revolution: 4,500 RPM.
Applicable machine types: CNC lathe, Turn-mill multitasking machine, special purpose machine and 4/5-axis vertical machining machine with tailstock.
